    • A.) All products that are available to order, prices, details & sizing details are available on the website. We try our best to give accurate sizing details to help you make an informed decision on what's best for you.
  • Q.) Will you be getting more of out of stock items? 
    • A.) If an item is still visible on the website and listed as 'Sold Out', we are working to restock this item. No, we do not have any firm delivery dates on out of stock products. No, we do not offer Pre-Orders. If an item you are looking for is not shown on the website, we no longer carry this and are unable to get it back in stock.
  • Q.) How do I receive restock notifications? 
    • A.) If you would like to be notified the minute a style or new arrival is restocked you may sign up for a newsletter to get new products alerts.
  • Q.) How do return items that don't work for me?

  • Q.) How do I get a problem with my order fixed? 
    • A.) Should there be a problem with your order in regards to damage or receiving the wrong item, please email us within 4 days of receipt at support@betterwithacupofcoffee and we will get back with you asap.
  • Q.) Can I make an exchange? 
    • A.) We do not offer exchanges. This is due to order volume & high risk of sellouts. If you are needing a different size, we suggest promptly placing a new order for it before it sells out.  And following up with the return of the original.
  • Q.) Do you offer wholesale? 
    • A.) we do not offer any of our products for wholesale purchase.
